Prices and Taxes


All room rates are subject to availability and may vary depending on season, demand, and booking conditions. A city tax of €4 per adult per night applies to all reservations. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid at the hotel upon arrival.

Payment and Terms at Check-in / Check-out


For reservations made through third-party platforms such as Booking.com or Expedia, the payment and cancellation policies of those platforms apply. For direct reservations made with the hotel:

  • Reservations made more than 1 month before arrival require a 50% deposit.
  • Reservations made within 1 month of arrival require full payment.

Online payments are accepted by credit or debit card. At the property, both card and cash payments are accepted. Check-in: 15:00 (3:00 PM)
Check-out: 11:00 AM. Late check-out may be available upon request but is not guaranteed.

Cancellation Policy


For direct reservations only:

  • Free cancellation is allowed up to 5 days before the arrival date.
  • If the reservation is canceled within 5 days of arrival, the total amount of the stay will be charged.

For reservations made through Booking.com or Expedia, the cancellation policy of the respective platform applies.

No-show


In the event of a no-show, the hotel reserves the right to charge 100% of the reservation amount.

Traveling with Minors


Guests must be at least 18 years old to make a reservation. Children are welcome but must be accompanied by an adult at all times.

Accessibility


Please note that the property is not suitable for guests with reduced mobility. All rooms are accessible only by stairs, and there is no elevator available.

Parking


Private parking is available approximately 5 minutes from the hotel.

  • Price: €20 per car per night
  • Parking must be reserved in advance
  • Payment is made at the hotel

Parking access is available from 14:00 (2:00 PM) until 13:00 (1:00 PM) the following day.

Hotel Events and Quiet Hours


Parties and events are not permitted at the property. Guests must respect quiet hours between: 22:00 (10:00 PM) and 08:00 (8:00 AM)

Dispute Resolution


Guests are encouraged to contact the property directly in the event of any issue or complaint so that it may be resolved as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Use of Personal Information


Personal information provided during the booking process will be used solely for reservation management and to comply with legal obligations.

Liability


The hotel is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal belongings during the stay. Guests may be held responsible for any damages caused to the property during their stay. The hotel reserves the right to charge the guest’s card to cover the cost of repairs or replacements.

Smoking Policy


All rooms are strictly non-smoking. Smoking in the rooms will result in a €100 cleaning penalty fee.

Pets


Pets are not allowed at the property.

Luggage Storage


Guests may store luggage at the hotel before check-in or after check-out, subject to availability.

Force Majeure


The hotel shall not be held responsible for failure or delay in fulfilling its obligations when such failure is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, fires, government actions, pandemics, strikes, or other unforeseen events requiring the closure of the property.

Third Party Rights


These terms and conditions apply exclusively to the agreement between the guest and the property. No third party shall have any rights to enforce any of these terms.

Waiver and Severability


If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.SMS and Text Messaging Policy

We use a guest messaging platform to communicate with you regarding your stay. By providing your phone number during the booking process, you consent to receive text messages from the property.

Purpose: Text messaging may be used to send check-in instructions, access information, room readiness updates, and to respond to your requests during your stay.

Opt-Out: You may opt out of receiving text messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. You will receive a final confirmation message, after which no further SMS messages will be sent.

Help: If you experience issues or need assistance, you may reply HELP or contact the front desk directly.

Privacy of Mobile Data: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
